Learn Spanish and Mexican cooking for Adults
Cooking classes take place three afternoons a week and you can participate during up to four weeks.
Your first lesson will take you in a typical grocery store in order to discover and better understand the different basic ingredients.
Then, you will learn how to succeed your guacamole, your fajitas, your pico de gallo, your quesadillas, your molletes, tacos, enchiladas...
Further on, you will pursue with more specialized meals: mole, pozole, pipian, tamales...
Of course, at the end of each lesson, you will get to taste what you have cooked, together with the other students.
